In late 2018, Foam Lake lost a dedicated long-time volunteer, Colleen Kearns.
To honour her legacy, the Colleen Kearns Memorial Volunteer Award was created.
Each year, the award recognizes one local volunteer who shows exceptional commitment to the community and meets the award criteria.
