Culture & Heritage

Foam Lake is fortunate to have such varied and exciting Culture and Heritage venues and events. The Foam Lake Community Theatre is run entirely by volunteers and shows a variety of movies from October to June. The facility can also be rented year-round, subject to volunteer availability. Both the Foam Lake Museum and Douglas Heritage House provide historical information and experiences about the community, like the clay oven at the Douglas House that volunteers use to bake fresh breads for visitors in the summer months! Market in the Park is another exciting summer outing in Foam Lake, with vendors, food and entertainment in Ralls Park from 5:00 to 7:30 every Tuesday in July and August.
