The best way to protect our families, our co-workers and ourselves is through vaccination and following Public Health Orders.
The COVID-19 vaccine will be available on Thursday, December 30 at Foam Lake Health Centre—9:00am-2:45pm (715 Saskatchewan Avenue E, Foam Lake, SK)
This includes: Pediatric (Ages 5-11) Pfizer, Adult Pfizer, Moderna, and Flu vaccine.
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, NO WALK-INS.
