Residents, organizations, or businesses wishing to speak to Foam Lake Town Council may register as a delegation.
Delegations provide an opportunity to present information, make requests, or express concerns directly to Council during a regular meeting.
🗓️ How to Register as a Delegation
To appear before Council:

Complete the Delegation Request Form (available below).

Submit it, along with any supporting documents, to the Town Office by Thursday at 12:00 noon before the Council meeting.

Presentations are limited to 15 minutes per topic unless extended by unanimous Council resolution.

To ensure meetings run smoothly and respectfully, please note:

Delegations must register at least 96 hours (4 days) before the meeting.

If representing a group, please appoint one spokesperson.

Any written submissions become part of the public record.

All remarks are directed to the Chairperson, and language must remain respectful at all times.

Presentations must not exceed 15 minutes unless otherwise approved.

Council will provide a written response after the meeting outlining any actions taken.
