Foam Lake Community Hall

 

The Foam Lake Community Hall is available for weddings, meetings, tournaments and more.  The Hall includes a meeting area, a fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in cooler, large capacity event area/gym space.

• Hall Main Level Capacity – 500 Banquet Style/900 Concert Style
• Meeting Area Capacity – 75 people comfortably
• Kitchen can be rented out to groups preparing for fall suppers etc.

Basic Hourly Rates

• Main Hall – $65/hr
• Meeting Area – $45/hr
• Additions to rental
  • Kitchen Use – add $100
  • Bar Use – $65
• Per Day Rate – $520/8 hours
• Kitchen Stand-Alone Rate – $175/8 hours

Local Regular User Groups

• Youth – $10/hr
• Adult – $15/hr
• Tournament (local host) – $25/hr
• Tournament (non-local host) – $35/hr

Weddings & Large Events

• $935
  • Includes use of the facility and kitchen from Friday at 1:00 pm to Sunday 3:00 am

Add-ons:

• Gift Opening Includes 4 hours – $100
• Gift Opening w/kitchen use Includes 4 hours + kitchen – $150
• Early entrance fee before 1:00 pm Friday – $130
• Sunday clean-up until 10am Sunday – $130

Fall Suppers

• $225
  • Includes the day before cooler use and food drop-off, and entrance from 8am event

Early Entrance Cooler use

• $25.00/day

Funerals

• Funeral Only $260
