The Town of Foam Council and Citizens express sincere sympathy on the passing of our Queen Elizabeth II this past week.
Her long service and dedication to the Commonwealth is to be recognized and commended.
The Queen’s Funeral Services in London shall be on Monday September 19th and we ask that each of you, in your own way, pay your respects to
Queen Elizabeth II; the only Monarch that most of us as Canadians have ever known.
